While it is highly accurate at detecting standard risks and explaining jargon, it is designed to act as an assistant, not a replacement for a licensed attorney. For highly complex or bespoke enterprise negotiations, we recommend attorney review.
Absolutely not. We take data privacy and attorney-client privilege seriously. We employ strict ephemeral processing, meaning your documents are analyzed in isolated environments and deleted from working memory immediately after. We never use your proprietary NDAs, MSAs, or agreements to train our foundational models.
Yes! Our Smart Contract Generator includes a localization feature. While our largest template library is geared towards US Law (Delaware, California, NY, etc.), we fully support generating basic employment and NDA agreements tailored for the UK, Canada, Australia, and India.
To integrate your workspace, navigate to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard. Click "Connect" next to Google Drive or Notion, and follow the standard OAuth authorization flow. Once connected, you can set rules to automatically sync executed PDFs or send Slack notifications when a contract is about to expire.
If you are on the Starter Plan (which includes 3 document scans per month), you will receive a notification when you have used your limit. You can wait until the next billing cycle to scan more, or seamlessly upgrade to the Pro Plan from your dashboard for unlimited scans and generations.
